You are a creative leader responsible for shaping the overall visual quality of the work produced by your team.

At SoCheers, a Creative Group Head – Design leads multiple campaigns and creative streams while ensuring that the work maintains both strategic clarity and strong visual impact. You guide designers and art directors, helping them translate ideas into robust creative outputs.

You bring a deep understanding of brand storytelling and are able to oversee multiple brands while ensuring that each one maintains a distinct visual voice.

You also play a key role in strengthening collaboration between design, content, strategy, and video teams to ensure that creative ideas are executed seamlessly.

What will you do

Oversee the visual direction and execution of campaigns across multiple brands





Ensure that creative outputs maintain high standards of quality and consistency

Contribute to campaign ideation and guide teams in translating concepts into solid visual executions

Provide direction and feedback to Senior Art Directors, Art Directors, and design teams

Ensure that visual storytelling aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives

Collaborate closely with writers, strategists, and video teams on integrated creative outputs

Review and refine creative work before it moves into final production

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining creative standards

Support teams in solving complex creative challenges during execution

Help maintain a culture of robust design thinking and craft within the team
