Summary:

The Rental Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion by achieving rental sales targets, acquiring new customers, and contributing to the evolution of the rental model. This position requires a proactive, results-driven skilled who excels in identifying scalable prospects, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions.
The incumbent will be responsible for leading end-to-end rental deals—from initial outreach and proposal development to negotiation and closure—while ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams. Success in this role directly impacts customer satisfaction, market penetration, and long-term business sustainability.

Responsibilities:
Achieve rental revenue targets with a focus on large-scale and long-term contracts.
Conduct customer visits and application assessments to identify high-potential, scalable rental opportunities.
Develop and present customized technical-commercial proposals aligned with customer needs.
Maintain a robust,



accurate SFDC pipeline and deliver reliable sales forecasts.
Lead negotiations, resolve objections, and drive timely deal closures.
Coordinate with depot and execution teams to ensure asset readiness and on-time delivery.
Support regional growth strategies and contribute to weekly order booking targets.
Identify recent customers, projects, and emerging growth sectors within target markets.
Execute displacement strategies to win back competitor-held accounts.
Lead customer pitches, product demonstrations, and site evaluations to build trust and drive conversions.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and refinement of the rental model based on market feedback and performance insights.
