Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Macro Social Media Governance:* Architecting and executing the overarching organic social media strategy across all major platform touchpoints (including Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn) to aggressively drive brand equity and affinity.

Scale Community Architecture:* Owning, engaging, and structurally scaling one of India’s largest online fitness and wellness communities through high-retention social-first content playbooks.

Creator & Influencer Ecosystem Leadership:* Designing and leading comprehensive influencer, athlete, and creator-led marketing frameworks—managing high-impact scouting, onboarding, and native content integration.

Integrated Campaign Execution:* Steering the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cultural, and product-focused social campaigns from conceptual scripting through to real-time publishing.

Data-Driven Performance Diagnostics:* Pairing sharp creative storytelling instincts with strict analytical discipline; utilizing advanced platform analytics to optimize audience engagement, traffic loops,



and follower growth curves.

Cross-Functional Team Management:* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing internal cell of social media managers, copywriters, and multimedia creators while seamlessly aligning with cross-functional brand and product stakeholders.

Requirements

Experience Base:* 7–10 years of progressive, verified qualified success operating as a Social Media Head, Senior Brand Manager, or Lead Content Strategist.

Vertical Foundations: A highly successful background driving scalable digital footprints explicitly within the Consumer Tech, D2C Lifestyle, Fitness, Wellness, or high-growth Digital-First Brand* landscapes.

Community Track Record:* A proven, data-backed history of having built highly engaged social-first brand identities and scaling active online community spaces from scratch.
