We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Sales and Email Campaign Specialist to support our client’s outreach and email marketing initiatives. This part-time role requires expertise in Go High-Level and a strong ability to create targeted sales campaigns and engaging email sequences. You’ll play a key role in generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving email marketing success through data-backed strategies and compelling content.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales outreach strategies to attract and qualify potential clients
Serve as the initial point of contact for prospects, understanding their needs and establishing rapport
Partner with the sales team to design and execute tailored prospecting campaigns
Build and manage email marketing campaigns that nurture leads through the sales funnel
Craft persuasive, customized email content aimed at increasing engagement and conversions
Track and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results




Conduct market research to discover recent outreach opportunities and trends
Keep CRM platforms updated with lead interactions and campaign progress
Provide regular reports on sales activities and email campaign outcomes
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging and strategy

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, or email marketing
Proven success in planning and executing email campaigns
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
Solid knowledge of lead generation and qualification best practices
Data-oriented with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
