Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Post Merger Integration (PMI) Specialist to lead and execute end-to-end IT integration and divestiture initiatives during mergers, acquisitions, and carve-outs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating IT strategies across people, process, and technology domains,



ensuring business continuity and realizing synergies throughout the transaction lifecycle. This role demands robust expertise in M&A;, IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, organizational change management, data integration, AI/ML, analytics, and program management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, design, and execution of IT integration or separation activities across multiple workstreams (infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data, analytics, etc.) during M&A; transactions. Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and external advisors to align IT integration/divestiture strategies with overall deal objectives. Assess, map, and document the current IT landscape, identifying integration prospects, risks, and dependencies across people, processes, and technology.
