Job Description: An Executive Assistant (EA) to the Executive Director (ED) in a steel plant provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the efficient functioning of the ED’s office and the overall plant operations. This role requires acting as a liaison between the ED and other departments, such as production, maintenance, and finance. [1, 2, 3, 4] Key Responsibilities

- Executive Support: Managing the ED's calendar, scheduling meetings, managing travel logistics, and handling correspondence.
- Operational Coordination: Providing administrative and operational support to the manufacturing plant, including data analysis, production monitoring, and plant coordination.
- Strategic Support: Assisting with high-level operational and strategic activities, including preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Liaison Duties: Acting as a point of contact between the ED's office and external authorities for clearances and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience:



Previous experience as an EA/PA to top management, preferably in the steel or manufacturing sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and MIS reporting.
