Job Description: Job Opening: Quality Engineer / Quality Inspector

Industry: Injection Moulding | Die & Mould
Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control

Key Responsibilities:

- Incoming, in-process & final inspection as per quality standards

- Dimensional & visual inspection using precision measuring instruments

- Implementation & monitoring of ISO, QA procedures & control plans

- NCR handling, CAPA implementation & root cause analysis

- Coordination with Production, Tool Room & Design teams

- Customer complaint handling & internal/external audit support

- Calibration & maintenance of gauges and measuring instruments

- Training shop-floor teams on quality standards & SOPs

Required Skills:
- Strong QC/QA knowledge in manufacturing

- Hands-on experience: Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.

- Knowledge of ISO, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & 7 QC tools

- Ability to read engineering drawings & GD&T;

- Positive communication & documentation skills

- Proficient in MS Excel & reporting
