About the Role :





We are looking for candidate for our Investment Sales team at our Gurgaon office to serve the rapidly growing demand for structured real estate investment products across the NCR and pan-India investor base. This role sits at the intersection of property advisory, transaction execution & wealth management — you will act as a trusted investment consultant helping discerning HNI, UHNI and institutional clients deploy capital into high-yield real estate assets.

The Indian commercial and investment-grade real estate market has witnessed solid momentum in recent years, with pre-leased commercial assets, upcoming Grade-A developments and logistics/warehousing prospects attracting significant institutional interest. Our Gurgaon/NCR base provides direct access to one of India's most active real estate investment corridors.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify, prospect and onboard HNI, UHNI and family office investors through direct outreach, referral networks, wealth manager partnerships and events.
