Experience Required: 1–3 years in CASA acquisition or banking sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire new CASA customers through field visits, referrals, and lead generation.

- Cross-sell other banking products such as term deposits, insurance, and loans.

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure consistent follow-up.

- Conduct customer profiling to understand financial needs and offer suitable products.

- Meet monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets as set by the bank.

- Ensure KYC compliance and proper documentation for account opening.





- Collaborate with branch and backend teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and client acquisition drives.

- Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily reports to supervisors.

- Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in CASA acquisition or direct sales in banking.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under pressure.

- Basic knowledge of banking regulations and KYC norms.

- Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking tools.
