Job Description: A Site Supervisor oversees and manages construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. They are responsible for coordinating teams, managing resources, and maintaining quality and safety on-site. Key duties include supervising workers, enforcing safety regulations, monitoring progress, and communicating with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervision and Coordination: Managing and directing all site activities, including the workforce, subcontractors, and equipment.

- Safety Management: Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards.

- Quality Control: Ensuring that work is completed to the required standards and specifications, adhering to project plans and building codes.

- Progress Monitoring: Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and reporting on any deviations from the schedule or quality standards.

- Resource Management: Coordinating the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure effective project execution.

- Communication: Liaising with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

- Documentation:



Maintaining accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress reports.

- Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
