Job Description: Job Title: Sr. HR – Recruitment

Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Salary: ₹4 – ₹6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and headhunting

- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and workforce planning

- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and documentation

- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR,



or equivalent Master’s degree in Human Resources

- Experience: 4–5 years in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or related sectors

- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HR software/ATS, excellent sourcing & negotiation skills, knowledge of latest hiring trends
