The Store Operation Incharge is responsible for managing all store-related activities, including inventory control, material receipt and issue, stock maintenance, documentation, and coordination with various departments to ensure timely availability of materials. The role ensures productive, accurate, and secure handling of goods in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations

- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials as per purchase orders

- Maintain accurate records of material inward, outward, and stock levels

- Prepare and manage GRNs, MRNs, issue slips, and delivery challans

- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

- Ensure timely material issuance to departments as per production/maintenance needs

- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking





- Maintain inventory records using ERP/Tally/SAP or manual systems

- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and coding of materials

- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, production, and logistics departments

- Ensure compliance with FIFO, safety norms, and store SOPs

- Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

- Train and supervise store assistants/helpers

Qualification:

- B.Com / BCA / B.Sc IT / Diploma in Computer or relevant field

- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / MS Excel preferred

Key Skills:

- Inventory control, documentation, ERP handling, team coordination, and data accuracy
