Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing specialist with expertise in Google AdWords and lead generation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of PPC advertising, and a proven track record of driving results.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns on Google AdWords to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ad group structuring to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to maximize return on investment.




- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and PPC advertising.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google AdWords and PPC advertising.
- Google AdWords certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns and driving lead generation for businesses.
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
