We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for travel. You will be responsible for planning travel experiences, handling bookings, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries based on client requirements.
Handle holiday package bookings for individuals, families, and groups.
Assist clients with hotel bookings, transfers, sightseeing, and travel-related services.
Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
Generate invoices and maintain booking records.
Follow up with clients for payments and documentation.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Required Skills

Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
Ability to handle multiple bookings and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, Internet).

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry or a similar customer service role.
Knowledge of air ticketing and holiday package planning will be an added advantage.
