Job Location: Chennai

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field.

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Salary: Above 17k per month

Job Accountabilities:

Keep proper and updated records of all financial transactions, including ledgers, and other financial records.
Ensure documentation and filing of financial records for easy access.
Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure statements comply with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) or IFRS, as the case may be.
Process payments and invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, and make vendor payments.
Prepare and submit tax returns, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST), TDS, and income tax returns.
Support the preparation of the annual budget and track actual against budget.
Make accurate and timely payment of payroll, with correct calculations for deductions and taxes.
Maintain employee records for salaries, advantages, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI).
Ensure adherence to Indian financial laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and RBI guidelines.
