The Director of Finance and Supply Chain Technology is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the technology vision, strategy, and execution for Finance and Supply Chain operations. This role will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology leaders to ensure the seamless implementation, integration, and optimization of systems that support financial planning, reporting, procurement, inventory management, logistics, and overall supply chain efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a technology strategy and roadmap for Finance and Supply Chain, aligning with the overall business objectives and transformation agenda.
- Ensure platforms bring automation and improved efficiency to business process enabling maximum return on investment.
- Manage relationships with key technology partners, software vendors, and system integrators ensuring ROI on technology investments.
- Stay ahead of advancements in technologies and methodologies, introducing innovations as needed.




- Build and lead a high-performing team of technology professionals supporting Finance and Supply Chain operations.
- Manage budgets, resources, and team development to support ongoing initiatives.
- Audit existing implementations of finance and supply chain systems making recommendations for improved deployment and utilization in the business

Experience and Skills
Must-Haves:
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Expertise experience being the primary architect of Microsoft Dynamics 365 deployments.
- Deep expertise in supply chain management within a consumer goods business including
- Product Lifecycle Management (e.g. PTC, Centric)
- Supply Chain planning tools such as Blue Yonder.
- WMS (warehouse management systems) such as Blue Yonder and Manhattan
- Demand & supply planning, inventory management, procurement and freight management processes.
- Deep understanding of financial and management reporting practices including
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting s
