Travel: Up to 25% (Qatar)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Cloud & IT Managed Services Presales Specialist to support global presales engagements by designing technical solutions, developing high-quality RFP/RFI responses, and creating compelling presales materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design cloud & infrastructure managed service solutions
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution architectures & pricing models
- Develop reusable presales content, presentations & executive summaries
- Support opportunity qualification and solution scoping
- Conduct market research & competitive analysis





Required Skills:

- Strong experience in Cloud & Infrastructure Managed Services
- Exposure to ITSM platforms & service management frameworks
- Expertise in solution design & proposal development
- Strong PowerPoint, communication & presentation skills
- ITIL v4 Foundation (Mandatory)
- Cloud Certification (Azure / GCP / OCI)

Preferred:

- Experience in Government / Banking / Oil & Gas domains
- PMP / Prince2 (Positive to have)
