Job Purpose : oversee and manage the Head Office's IT infrastructure and applications, including providing technical support.

Job description

- Deployment, Management and troubleshoot critical IT infrastructure and front/back-end business processes.
- Network management: - Configuring, monitoring & troubleshooting of Switches, Firewall, Wi-Fi devices
- Application Management: - To support financial & Broking front and back-end applications like TechExcel, SARAL, ODIN
- Maintain and monitor regular MS SQL Backup and critical application backup.
- Windows Servers (Active Directory, DHCP,DNS, Patch Management, Group Policies, Database Backups).
- Maintain and review logs from Servers, Backups, and Applications & Databases.
- Should send timely reports to the internal and external parties.
- Provide process design and documentation, system improvement using industrial best practice technique.
- Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specification.




- Maintain direct vendor contact people regarding third line maintenance support issue and issue tracking. Job Requirements Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

CCNP / CCIE (Cisco Certified Network Skilled/Expert) • AWS/Azure/GCP Certifications • CISSP / CISM / CEH (Cybersecurity Certifications) • ITIL Certification for IT Service Management • Certified Backup & Disaster Recovery Professional (CBDRP)

Experience

5+ years of experience in IT-Stock Market Industry, Application and networking Functional

Competencies

Proficiency in basic data handling tools like Excel, Experience in Stock Market front and back office application , understanding of MPLS, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers and Cloud Security., Basic Knowledge of Audit, VAPT and Audits. Hands-on expertise in VMware , Backup and disaster recovery expertise, Proficiency in IT monitoring tools (Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG, etc.)
