Job Title: General Insurance-Corporate || Sales & Marketing ||

Location: Mumbai

Job Overview:

SMC Insurance Brokers is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Corporate Sales team. The role involves acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth, and offering customized General Insurance solutions across Property, Liability, Marine, Group Mediclaim, Motor, and other commercial line.

Key Responsibilities:

- Corporate Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential corporate clients to sell g insurance products to corporate clients, including property, liability, marine, group mediclaim etc.
- Client Retention & Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate clients by offering solutions tailored to their business needs.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and presentations to negotiations and deal closure.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of insurance services.
- Reporting & Forecasting:



Generate regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and business development updates for senior management.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations, and maintain accurate sales documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-3 years of experience.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of general insurance products, including property, motor, liability, and health insurance.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage corporate client accounts.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with robust negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor insurance solutions effectively.
