Role Summary :

We are looking for an HR Intern to support HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition (TA)/Hiring processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable handling HR data, and has strong communication and interpersonal skills. The intern will assist in maintaining employee records, payroll coordination, and supporting hiring activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Assist the Talent Acquisitions team with hiring, interview coordination, documentation, etc
- Assist in day-to-day HR Operations activities and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately

- Support payroll processing, attendance tracking, and salary data management
- Ensure data accuracy, condentiality, and timely reporting
- Support onboarding and employee lifecycle documentation

Qualifications & Skills :

- Graduate in any discipline
- Comfortable working with HR data and documentation
- Basic understanding of HR Ops, Payroll, and Hiring processes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prociency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
