Role:

The Cash Operations professional is responsible for ensuring productive and effective cash management processes, adhering to regulatory compliance standards, and providing exceptional client service. This role involves managing cash flows, understanding and interpreting financial instruments, resolving client issues, and driving operational improvements through collaboration with various stakeholders.

Role & responsibilities

- Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of cash flows and cash products, ensuring accurate processing of standard transactions and exercising sound discretion in dealing with clients to maintain quality service standards.
- Apply a comprehensive understanding of General Accounting Principles to ensure compliance with departmental procedures and minimize risks and losses to the bank.
- Foster a client-centric approach by dedicating efforts to understanding and addressing client needs, effectively resolving issues related to cash products, and providing value-added solutions.
- Receive instructions from management on escalated issues to ensure adherence to best business practices and maintain operational excellence.




- Embrace a continuous learning mindset by actively seeking cross-training opportunities within the unit to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reviewing and interpreting letters of credit, enabling effective management of cash flows and financial instruments.
- Collaborate with clients, Operations, and Technology teams to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with risk management protocols and regulatory requirements to mitigate potential risks and maintain a robust control environment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices within the Cash Operations function.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Cash Operations or a related field
- Comprehensive knowledge of General Accounting Principles and cash management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders .
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
- Proficiency in utilizing cash management systems and related software applications

Shifts timings: Operating as 24*7 Days

Week Off: 2 Days Split week-off
