Job Description

Vendor Management & Governance

- Manage relationships with HR vendors, staffing agencies, consultants, training partners and background verification agencies.
- Track vendor performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct periodic vendor reviews and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Ensure timely onboarding and compliance documentation of vendors.

Contract & Commercial Management





- Monitor contract validity, renewals, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure adherence to procurement and finance policies.

Workforce & Staffing Coordination

- Track fulfilment, attrition, replacement timelines, and vendor productivity metrics.
- Escalate and resolve manpower-related issues with vendors.

Data & Reporting

- Prepare vendor performance dashboards and monthly review reports.
- Present insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.

Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure vendor adherence to labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate audits and maintain compliance records.
- Mitigate risks related to vendor performance, contracts, and workforce practices.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, AMHR/RHR/ Recruiters, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.

Act as a single point of contact for HR vendor-related issues and escalations.

Education & Experience:

- Graduate/Diploma HR /Masters Labour Management with 6+ years of experience
- Compliance knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Candidate with experience of managing multi-location compliance is preferred
