Key Responsibilities

- Be responsible for developing, expanding, and growing our Office business in Chennai
- Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and improve long-term partnership with customers with target to establish Signify as a preferred lighting products and solutions provider.
- Hunt for brand new opportunities for the segment and Develop channel ecosystem to maximize projects, client base, finances for Signify.
- Operate in a complex ecosystem of end-user customers, partners, installers, contractors, and lighting designers for selling our portfolio of value propositions, segment-specific products, and related services.
- Responsible for strategic approach and contracts with specifiers
- Demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Ensure skilled collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.





Qualification & Work Experience, Key Skills /Competencies

- Sales Specialist/KAM – Professional
- Bachelor’s degree in technology/sciences, business management, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of proven track record in key account management and consultative selling principles in a fast-paced technology industry.
- 3+ years of strong history of quota achievement with stellar experience presenting products and services to accounts.
- 3+ years of value-based selling in a market/customer facing role .
- Understands complex sales cycles at strategic level.
- Understands Technology/Software & Connectivity domains.
- Is adaptive, collaborative, fast and executes flawlessly.
- Delivers on commitments.
- Communicates with impact.
- Possesses strong organizational abilities
