- - About the Role
- - We are looking for a highly driven Revenue Lead – F&B; to join our team in Chennai. This is a field sales role focused on identifying and onboarding restaurants to partner with our hotel properties. The selected candidate will be responsible for converting underutilized F&B; spaces within hotels into thriving restaurant outlets by bringing reputed restaurant brands on board.
- - The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Chennai’s restaurant ecosystem, excellent networking skills, and experience in restaurant acquisition or business development within the food-tech, hospitality, or restaurant industry.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Identify and acquire recent restaurant brands to partner with hotel properties.
- * Conduct market research to identify high-potential restaurants and emerging food brands across Chennai.
- * Build relationships with restaurant owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- * Pitch the business opportunity and negotiate commercial terms.
- * Manage the complete onboarding process from lead generation to agreement closure.




- * Conduct regular field visits to restaurants and potential partners.
- * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
- * Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
- * Stay updated on market trends, competition, and consumer preferences in the F&B; industry.
- - Candidate Profile
- - * 2–6 years of experience in field sales, business development, restaurant acquisition, or merchant onboarding.
- * Prior experience in food-tech, restaurant, hospitality, or hotel-related industries is preferred.
- * Strong understanding of Chennai’s restaurant landscape and local food market.
- * Existing network with restaurant owners or F&B; brands will be an added advantage.
- * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel.
