Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, and activate Partners/Agents within the assigned region.
- Develop and expand the agency distribution network to drive consistent business growth.
- Achieve business targets for SME Commercial Lines products.

Product Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in SME Commercial Line products, including:

- Fire & Burglary Insurance
- Workmen Compensation
- Group Health Insurance
- Group Personal Accident
- Contractors All Risk (CAR) Policy
- Liability Insurance

Candidate Requirement :

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an agency role within an insurance broking/insurance company.
- Proven experience in handling Commercial Lines insurance products.
- Robust understanding of agency distribution and partner management.
