Qualifications:

- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in technology talent acquisition with exposure to end - to - end recruitment.
- Proven experience in sourcing and hiring across multiple levels, including leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment delivery models and stakeholder management.
- Hands - on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
