Housekeeping Supervisor
We're looking for a diligent and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction across all departments. You'll play a key role in managing staff, coordinating daily operations, and promptly addressing any guest needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to cleaning standards.
Task Assignment & Scheduling: Assign daily tasks to housekeeping team members and create effective work schedules to cover all necessary areas.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of all departments to ensure cleanliness, tidiness,



and presentation meet established quality standards.
Guest Relations: Promptly and professionally address all guest requests, inquiries, and complaints related to housekeeping services, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Training & Development: Assist in training new housekeeping staff and provide ongoing coaching and guidance to the team.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring adequate stock levels and productive usage.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cleaning equipment is well-maintained and promptly report any malfunctions or repair needs.
Adherence to Standards: Enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and best practices within the housekeeping department.
