- Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass ( undergraduate). Original mark sheet will be required at the time of joining.
- Fresher applying should have Aadhar seeded with a nationalized bank account & should not have worked previously anywhere in NAPS.
- Experience is considered for those who have min. 6 months BPO experience on paper.
- Candidate should have excellent typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Candidate should have positive communication skills. ( Skill 4 & above).
- It will be 9 hours of shift ( Working window Morning 7 AM to Night 2 AM).
- Rotational shifts for Male candidate on the above mentioned working window.
- Salary offered will be Rs.18,000/-CTC P.M. (19,000 in-hand without PF) to experience candidates & 15000 stipend(in-hand) will be provided to fresher candidates.
