About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India investment research team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will help power the research that sits behind investment products used by thousands. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Investment Research Analyst, you will evaluate assets, funds, and strategies, building the analysis and screens that inform investment decisions and product views.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Analysis

- Research asset classes, funds, and securities across markets
- Build screens, models, and performance and risk analysis
- Track macro trends, flows, and portfolio metrics

Research & Reporting

- Produce investment notes, summaries, and review materials




- Support portfolio and product teams with data and insight

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1 to 5 years in investment research, analysis, or a related finance role
- Strong quantitative and financial modelling skills
- A disciplined, detail-oriented thinker comfortable with markets data
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- CFA candidate or charterholder, or an MBA in Finance
- Exposure to Bloomberg, Morningstar, or FactSet
- Experience with portfolio analytics or fund research
