About The RoleThe OTC Senior Manager will lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) operations within Dyson Business Services (DBS), overseeing key areas including Cash Applications, Credit Risk & Assessment, Collections, Disputes, and Deductions.This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, governance, process transformation, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting DBS’ vision of building a Centre of Excellence (CoE).Key ResponsibilitiesOperational LeadershipLead and manage end-to-end OTC operations including:Cash ApplicationsCredit Management & AssessmentCollections & DisputesDeductions & Bad Debt ProvisioningCash Flow Forecasting, Analysis and driving better cash flow resultsEnsure delivery of KPIs such as DSO, cash flow forecasting, and service levelsDrive effective resolution of escalations and operational challengesStakeholder Management & Business PartneringEffective stakeholder management including Finance Directors, Controllers and MarketCollaborate across regions to improve market practicesAct as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and leadershipStrategy, Governance & Process ExcellenceEstablish strong governance frameworks across OTC processes to ensure control, compliance, and audit readinessDrive automation, transformation, and continuous improvement initiativesDevelop strategies to address complex business challenges and improve performanceLead transitions, including documentation (SOPs, process maps) and stabilizationPeople Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, inspire, and develop a team of 80+ members across multiple locationsCreate a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and innovationProvide coaching, regular feedback, and career development opportunitiesDrive performance management including goal setting,
