Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cycle Time & Process Study

- Conduct time & motion studies to analyse current cycle time of production
- Identify bottlenecks and propose methods to reduce production time

1. Quality Improvement & ISO Compliance

- Work to improve product quality as per ISO standards and protocols
- Implement quality control methods and coordinate with QC for defect reduction

1. Productivity & Manpower Optimization

- Drive initiatives for manpower reduction through process improvement and automation
- Focus on lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and resource utilization

1. Innovation & Problem Solving

- Provide innovative ideas for production and quality improvement
- Lead Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement projects on the shop floor

1. Production Planning, Time & Cost Management

- Manage and optimize production time and cost reductions
- Support in capacity planning, line balancing, and throughput improvement

1. Machine & Setup Support

- Handle machine work whenever required for troubleshooting or trials
- Improve machine quality,



modify design or set-up as needed to ensure the production line runs smoothly and within the time limit
- Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment modifications and efficiency upgrades

Skills & Qualifications Required:

- Education: B.E. / B. Tech in Industrial Engineering / Electronics / Mechatronics / Relevant Engineering field
- Experience: 2–4 years in Industrial Engineering role in a manufacturing setup
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cycle time analysis, lean tools, ISO 9001, ERP, AutoCAD, and MS Excel
- Other Skills: Analytical mind set, problem-solving, robust communication, and hands-on machine knowledge
- Mind-set: Proactive, data-driven, and focused on continuous improvement
