- Overseeing AP postings, auditing samples to ensure quality and performing GR/IR reconciliations
- Preparing and delivering critical reports related to sales, margin,



bookings and backlog reports
- Preparing key MIS reports including accounts receivables aging, manufacturing variance, PPV and other month-end reports
- Posting the cash application entries and preparing BRS
- Drive the Sales and Operation meeting by helping the factory to prepare for production and highlight the risks
- Driving process improvements and efficiencies
- Spearheading new automation projects and transitions
- Presenting key updates to stakeholders

- A qualified CMA/CA with minimum 1-2 years of rich experience in SAP FICO (mainly AP and AR) and MIS reporting in Finance or a semi-qualified/ MBA with minimum 4 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Prior project handling experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- German knowledge, will be a bonus
- Candidate should portray high accountability and timeliness, which is pivotal to the role
- Should be consistent in delivering the job
- A high level of enthusiasm to learn new things is expected
- Effective communication and situational adaptability are key
