Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Collection Manager role based in Bhubaneswar, focused on vehicle finance portfolios (not suitable for freshers). The role involves managing and growing the vehicle finance business through dealer and customer acquisition, relationship management, and targeted sales activities.
The Sales & Collection Manager will oversee loan disbursement processes, ensure documentation accuracy, and monitor portfolio performance. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking repayments, managing collections, reducing delinquencies and NPAs, and coordinating with field staff and branches for recovery actions.





The role also requires preparing periodic sales and collection reports, implementing risk and compliance guidelines, and providing feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in vehicle finance sales, preferably in NBFCs or banks, with proven ability to achieve business targets and manage dealer and customer relationships.
- Hands-on experience in collections and recovery, including follow-up on overdue accounts, restructuring where appropriate, and reducing delinquency within defined compliance norms.
- Sound understanding of credit assessment, loan documentation, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to auto and asset finance.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and people management skills, with the ability to lead field teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MIS reporting to track sales, collections, and portfolio quality.
- Prior experience in Bhubaneswar or nearby markets in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Minimum of several years of relevant industry experience; this role is not open to freshers.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or finance is preferred.
