Role Description The Legal Advisor (Real Estate) will provide legal guidance on real estate transactions, documentation, and compliance for clients of Real Jobs Consulting Services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, external stakeholders, and client organizations.
Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate contracts and agreements; advising on land acquisition, lease, sale, and property development matters; and ensuring compliance with applicable property, municipal, and regulatory laws.
The role also involves managing legal due diligence,



resolving property-related disputes, coordinating with government authorities and external counsel as needed, and preparing clear legal opinions and reports. The Legal Advisor will support risk assessment in real estate projects and help establish legally sound processes and documentation standards.
Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with knowledge of property and real estate regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Ability to analyze and resolve Legal Issues related to real estate transactions and compliance.
- Experience providing clear, practical Legal Advice to internal teams and external clients.
- Understanding of Labor and Employment Law as it relates to real estate projects and workforce engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M in real estate or commercial law is an advantage.
- Prior experience as a Legal Advisor, Legal Associate, or similar role in real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
- Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear legal notes and reports.
