Customer Handling & Orientation :-

- Customer oriented & handled multiple plants with different customers

Team Player

Technical Role:-

- Working in Press and Fabrication in auto domain 2W, 3W
- Understanding of Robotic line setup for MIG welding, PLC,
- Concept understanding of Welding Fixture Design, Relation gauge
- design, Jigs and Fixture, MIG welding process, 2D Drafting, 3D
- Modelling,
- Exposure to Stamping of Skin press panels dies, dies mfg process,
- press parts dies,
- Handled & Managed complete line setup
- Understanding of commercial requirement for welding line setup,
- Fixture, Tool, Gauges (FTG) costing, including robotic line,
- Preparation of investment for projects, Capex approvals,
- Develop and control project dead lines
- Preference- Sheet metal Industry, Managed 2W & 3W lines for Fabrication & BIW Assembly .

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification:- B. Tech /B.E/ MBA /PGDM in Business Managemen
