Desired candidate’s profile & Key responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and industrial relations practices.
- Should be a seasoned professional, with 5+ yrs. of experience in Manufacturing companies in West Bengal
- Experience in working directly with unions, employee representatives, and senior management teams.
- Should have handled settlement agreements, productivity improvement drives, worker training
- Travel to all plant locations every week
- Handle labor unions, factory teams,
