Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent and C2H positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified resumes within the given timeline.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Ensure effective communication with both clients (hiring managers) and vendors (candidates).
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, offers made, and other relevant data.
