Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical & Scientific Engagement

- Conduct CMEs, RTMs, scientific presentations, and case discussions.
- Develop strong engagement with KOLs, hospitals, and specialty clinicians.
- Support disease awareness and diagnostic education initiatives.

2. Sales Team/PMT Coach cum Mentor

- Provide scientific training to sales/PMT teams through joint field work and structured training sessions.
- Develop conversation guides, scientific communication tools (LBLs/Brochures/Patient Education Material), and competitive differentiators.
- Support sales teams in specialty positioning and consultative engagement.

3. Strategic Medico-Marketing Initiatives

- Drive disease-focused clinical programs and diagnostic pathways.
- Support launch and adoption of recent tests, panels, and specialty offerings.
- Implement algorithm-based clinical engagement models.

4. KOL & Institutional Development

- Identify and develop KOLs and institutional partnerships.
- Facilitate publications, case studies, and academic collaborations.
- Strengthen long-term scientific advocacy networks.

5. Digital & Omnichannel Engagement

- Support webinars, digital scientific content, WhatsApp engagement, and online doctor platforms.
- Track doctor engagement metrics and digital campaign effectiveness at zonal level
- Contribute to patient awareness and preventive health initiatives.

6. Market Intelligence & Insights

- Gather insights on diagnostic trends, competitor activities, and unmet clinical needs.
- Provide actionable feedback to leadership and product teams.
- Support data-driven medico-marketing decisions.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Laboratory Operations, Product Teams for aligned execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- MD / MBBS / PhD / Pharm D
- 6-10 years of similar Experience in diagnostics, pharma, or healthcare preferred
- Strong scientific presentation and communication skills
- Understanding of specialty diagnostics and clinician engagement
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial teams

Role & responsibilities

- Competition mapping for Product, Price, Distribution, Marketing & Sales promotion.
- Design strategies based on market requirements and research inputs.
- Update the senior management on new trends in the industry at regular interval.
- Developing content for visual aid, Leaflet, brochure and website etc.
- Coordination with the creative agency for design & promotional activities.
- Lead generation and conducting CME/RTM/Conference across India.
- Building test wise/product wise business target planning, execution, monitoring and course correction.
- Pricing strategy at national and regional level.
- Responsible for new test launches.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual budget preparation for the product and assigned segments.
- Understanding the need of sales team and market.
- Product & Communication training to the sales and supporting team.
- Reviving low performing markets.
- Vendor sourcing & management.
- Periodic business performance MIS/Dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
