Role: Senior Manager Corporate Legal

Domain / Industry: Real Estate Developments.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Core Exp in Corporate, Civil and Real Estate laws with industry exposure of Real Estate, Construction or Infrastructure sector
2. Sound skills and experience in Drafting, Vetting, Filing of Contracts and various Agreements.
3. Litigation Management, NCDRC/SDRC, Consumer Forum, RERA-UP& Haryana, High Court Litigation cases.
4. Drafting of Contract & Agreement related documents from a legal perspective and ensure minimal associated risks
5. Arbitration Cases before Arbitrator/ High Court.
6. Preparation of case comments, vetting and finalising the replies of various class of litigations, notices, as also police notices.
7. Drafting and vetting of BBA, ATS, TPT and PTM of various banks and support CRM, Draft various Disclaimers for Marketing team to be used in all type of Advertisements.
8. Day to day miscellaneous works specially assigned. Including Loan Documents/ICD documents etc.
9. Management and record keeping of Land and Revenue documents and Land related agreements/deeds.
10. Exp in Land Acquisition case with due diligence specifically in UP and Haryana will be plus
11. Litigation management, appearing before the Judicial and Quasi Judicial Authority, briefing of Council, Advocates & Solicitors
12. Legal correspondences, day to day legal support to other department of the company

Keep records of all the cases not limited to tracking of court cases & agreements, legal compliance, checklist

Preferred candidate profile

1. Expertise in Drafting, Contracts and Agreements, Litigation-Corporate Litigation, NCDRC, State Consumer, RERA-UP and Haryana and High Court Litigation.
2. Monitor the drafting of all Contract and Agreement related documents from a legal perspective and ensure minimal associated risks
3. Responsible for Entire Litigation before NCDRC, UP and H-RERA.
4. All Arbitration cases before Arbitrator/ High Court.
5. Preparation of case comments, vetting and finalising the replies of various class of litigations, notices, as also police notices from Gurgaon/Haryana.
6. Advocates & Legal Institutions
7. Liaison with Urban Development Authorities & RERA Regulations
8. Customers and Business partners
9. Project Delivery & Liaison
10. Knowledge of legal provisions / statutory requirements related to the real estate/ construction industry
11. Knowledge of property, contract and commercial laws
