- - About the Role
- - Join one of India’s leading life insurance companies and build a rewarding career in sales. As a Recruitment Development Manager (RDM), you will recruit, train, and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.
- - Key Responsibilities
- - * Recruit and onboard Life Insurance Advisors.
- * Build and manage a productive Agency Channel team.
- * Train, mentor, and motivate advisors to achieve business goals.
- * Drive Life Insurance sales through the advisor network.
- * Support advisors in customer acquisition and policy closures.
- * Conduct field activities and joint sales calls.
- * Develop solid relationships with advisors and customers.
- * Achieve individual and team business targets.
- * Ensure quality business and compliance with company guidelines.
- - Desired Candidate Profile
- - * Graduate in any discipline.




- * Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, BFSI, Banking, Telecom, FMCG, NBFC, or any customer-facing sales role.
- * Candidates with Life Insurance or Agency Channel experience will have an added advantage.
- * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- * Passion for sales, networking, and relationship building.
- * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- * Candidates familiar with the Delhi NCR market will be preferred.
