Role & responsibilities

- End to end Client(s) account management

- Verifying PODs

- Identifying detention, and other applicable deductions

- Generating Invoices as per the terms of the agreement

- Followup with clients for payment via phone and emails

- Monthly/ Daily/ Ad-Hoc reports as per requirement

- Data Maintenance

- Travel for Client Meetings (once in a quarter- requirement based)

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Com is a must

- Experience in payment followups with Clients

- Attention to details with the amounts

- Should know how to generate invoices in Tally

- Explicit concepts of credit and debit

- Email writing skills (in English)

- Should know how to make credit/ debit note
