Skills :

- Working knowledge of residential township (STP, WTP, Rain Harvesting system, RCC water tank, Sump tank)
- Identification of Plumbing material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes

Role and Responsibilities

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
- Execution of Plumbing work as per drawing
- Ensure coordinated service plan, drawings & execution as well
- Water calculation chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply rain water, sewerage, DG Fume pipe.
- Ensuring consultant, deliverable along with quality check
- To adhere project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
- Day to day execution of plumbing work as per drawing
- Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly.
- To help and assist plumbing engineer to prepare periodically MIS of Plumbing activities, Work done, Purchase requisition, Water calculation Chart,



Hydraulic calculation of water supply
- Preparing MIS of material received as per PO.
- To raise purchase requisition for plumbing material required at site.
