We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planning & Billing Engineer to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project schedules, monitoring progress, verifying site activities, and managing billing processes to ensure smooth execution of construction projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Prepare baseline project schedules and work plans in alignment with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight deviations.
- Update and circulate weekly & monthly progress reports for stakeholders.
- Track daily site activities and maintain records of work completion status.
- Prepare and process client bills and subcontractor bills accurately and on time.
- Verify executed quantities at construction sites to ensure compliance.




- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed measurement sheets.
- Support rate analysis and assist in cost estimation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in project planning, billing, or site management.
- Robust knowledge of construction project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of BOQ/measurement sheets.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and clients.
