Product Execution & Assortment Management

- Inventory Availability: Guarantee optimal stock levels across all categories, ensuring the right products are available in the right quantities.
- Assortment Correction: Continuously analyze inventory performance and execute product mix adjustments to eliminate slow-moving stock and maximize sales.
- Category Alignment: Align product placement with regional demand and company-wide category strategies.
- 2. Visual Merchandising & Planogram Implementation
- Planogram Compliance: Oversee the strict execution of planograms across all stores to maintain visual standards and maximize shelf space efficiency. [1, 2]
- Price Board Accuracy: Ensure absolute accuracy in store pricing displays, cross-checking that system prices match physical price boards instantly.
- 3. Market Intelligence & Competitor Pricing
- Scientific Benchmarking: Conduct regular, structured price audits at direct competitor stores to track market trends.
- Actionable Strategies:



Translate competitive pricing data into immediate local pricing strategies and action plans to keep prices customer-friendly and competitive.
- 4. Vendor Management & Negotiation
- Deal Negotiation: Secure the best possible commercial terms, volume discounts, margins, and credit lines with suppliers and vendors.
- Supplier Relations: Build and maintain robust partnerships with key vendors to ensure priority supply chains. [1]
- 5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Team Management: Directly lead, mentor, and monitor a regional team of 10+ Store Purchase Officers.
- Promoter Management: Supervise the daily performance, targets, and scheduling of in-store brand promoters.
- Training & Development: Design and conduct regular training programs for the buying team to upgrade their negotiation and inventory management skills.
- Store Manager Synergy: Maintain daily, close communication with Store Managers to resolve stock discrepancies, pricing issues, and localized store needs.
