Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets through effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase market share in the LAP (Loan Against Property) segment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Home Loans & LAP industry with a robust track record of achieving sales targets.

- Proven ability to manage a team effectively and drive results-oriented performance.

- Strong understanding of financial products such as mortgages, loans against property, etc. .

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships at all levels within an organization.
