About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Loan Processing Officer to manage the end-to-end processing of housing loan applications. The role involves coordinating with clients, collecting and verifying required documents, liaising with the bank on loan status, and keeping the company updated on progress until disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with clients to collect required documents and information for housing loan applications (income proof, property papers, KYC documents, etc.)
- Verify completeness and accuracy of client-submitted documents before forwarding to the bank
- Submit loan applications and required paperwork to the concerned bank/financial institution
- Regularly follow up with the bank to track the status of submitted loan applications
- Report loan status updates (approved, pending, rejected, under review, etc.) to the company management on a regular basis
- Coordinate with clients to resolve any queries or additional document requests raised by the bank




- Maintain accurate records of all client applications, submission dates, and expected timelines
- Provide clients and management with realistic estimates on when loan processing/disbursement is likely to be completed
- Escalate delays or issues in loan processing to the appropriate bank official or company manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (preference for Finance, Commerce, or Business background)
- Prior experience in loan processing, banking, DSA (Direct Selling Agent) work, or financial services preferred
- Good communication skills (local language + basic English)
- Robust follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
- Ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously
