Key Responsibilities
- Manage production & execution of precast products.
- Plan production schedules.
- Ensure quality control.
- Supervise casting, curing, storage & dispatch.
- Manage boundary wall installation at project sites.
- Coordinate with clients & contractors.
- Monitor manpower, machinery & materials.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Improve productivity & reduce losses.
