Kedia Corporate Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (KCAPL) is hiring Regulatory & Legal Specialists to manage RERA, SEBI and IFSCA compliance. We have four openings for Law Graduate (LLB/LLM) and Company Secretary (CS).

Key Responsibilities:

- Regulatory and legal compliance for Real Estate Developers, AIFs, REITs, SMREITs under RERA, SEBI & IFSCA.
- Draft, review and manage legal agreements and contracts for real estate transactions
- Handle legal notices, disputes, Appeals and documentation
- Prepare/review offering documents, trust deeds, IMAs.
- Coordinate with RERA, REAT, SEBI & IFSCA for Cases, filings & approvals.
- Conduct due diligence on REIT/AIF transactions.
- Manage corporate secretarial compliance.
- Track and implement regulatory changes.
- Assist with dispute resolution & litigation.
- Willingness to travel within Jaipur for court appearances
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case records.
- Maintain and organize case files,



evidence and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and contractual obligations

Requirements:

- LLB/LLM/CS with strong legal/regulatory knowledge.
- Familiarity with RERA, SEBI AIF, REIT, IFSCA, trust and other real estate & corporate laws.
- Solid drafting, communication (English/Hindi) and client-handling skills.

Preferred:

- Internships/experience in law or financial services.
- Knowledge of RERA Litigation, fund structuring, GIFT City, or international regulations.
