We are building a fast-growing AI, automation, and technology brand. Our content needs to look premium, cinematic, futuristic, and highly polished similar to the quality seen in top global technology brands, product launches, AI demos, and high-end creative agencies.

We are looking for a creative and technically robust Senior AI Video Producer & Motion Designer who can create visually stunning AI-powered videos for social media, product demos, founder branding, website hero sections, and launch campaigns.

The ideal candidate should already be experienced with AI video tools, motion graphics, storytelling, editing, sound design, and contemporary visual effects.

Key Responsibilities

- Create premium AI-generated videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, LinkedIn, product launches, website hero videos, and AI product demos.
- Transform scripts and concepts into cinematic, high-retention videos.
- Create storyboard concepts and visual directions.
- Generate AI visuals and video scenes using modern AI tools.
- Add motion graphics, animated typography, smooth transitions, and visual effects.
- Create cinematic camera movements, lighting effects, and high-end visual pacing.
- Perform video editing, color correction, sound design, and music synchronization.
- Integrate AI voices, avatars, captions, and product demo visuals.
- Create multiple hook variations for social media.
- Optimize videos for retention, engagement, and social media performance.




- Deliver videos in multiple aspect ratios including 9:16, 16:9, and 1:1.
- Build reusable templates, motion assets, and editing systems.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video tools, trends, and creative techniques.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in video editing and motion design.
- Good understanding of cinematic storytelling and visual pacing.
- Excellent skills in typography, composition, color theory, lighting, and camera language.
- Experience creating premium social media videos, product videos, launch videos, or brand videos.
- Ability to create high-quality videos that look modern, futuristic, clean, and emotionally engaging.
- Robust attention to detail in every frame, transition, animation, and sound effect.
- Ability to work independently from script to final export.
- Ability to create 515 premium videos per week depending on complexity.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with multiple AI tools such as:

Editing & Design Tools

Experience with the following tools is preferred:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve




- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Figma
- Blender
- Cinema 4D
- Unreal Engine, optional

Nice to Have

- Experience creating videos similar to Apple product launches, Tesla commercials, OpenAI product demos, SaaS launch videos, and premium tech brand videos.
- Experience with founder personal branding videos.
- Experience with AI avatars and AI voice generation.
- Prompt engineering knowledge.
- Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, or AI workflows.
- Experience with UI animation, WebGL, Three.js, Spline, Rive, GSAP, or Framer is a bonus.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must share:

- 5 to 10 best video samples
- AI-generated video work, if available
- Motion graphics examples
- YouTube, Instagram, or portfolio links
- List of AI and editing tools used
- Brief explanation of their production workflow from script to final video
