Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounts professional with solid expertise in the Consolidation of Financial Statements (CFS), including the consolidation of foreign subsidiaries. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, foreign currency translation, and group reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Consolidated Financial Statements (CFS) for the Group.

Consolidate financial statements of domestic and international subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associate companies.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards such as Ind AS, IFRS, and relevant GAAP requirements.

Perform foreign currency translation in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Eliminate intercompany transactions, balances, unrealized profits, and investments during the consolidation process.

Review subsidiary financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with group reporting requirements.

Coordinate with finance teams of overseas subsidiaries to ensure timely submission of financial information.

Prepare consolidation journals, schedules, disclosures, and management reports.

Support statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory reporting related to consolidated financial statements.

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis at the group level.

Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance policies.

Participate in finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementation, and process improvements related to financial consolidation.

Required Qualifications

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.

Experience

812 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.





Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Consolidation of Financial Statements (CFS).

Proven experience in consolidating financial statements of foreign subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.

Experience in multinational companies or large corporate groups is preferred.

Required Technical Skills

Expert-level knowledge of Consolidation of Financial Statements (CFS).

Strong understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, and consolidation principles.

Expertise in foreign currency translation and consolidation adjustments.

Strong knowledge of intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.

Experience with group reporting packages and financial close processes.

Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookups, Financial Models).

Experience with consolidation/reporting tools such as SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, Hyperion HFM, OneStream, or Cognos is preferred.

Expertise in intercompany reconciliations and elimination entries.

Experience working with statutory auditors and external consultants.

Exposure to large corporate groups or multinational organizations.

Strong ERP and consolidation software experience.

Ability to independently lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process.
